We have decide to add some recruitment tips to help make this experience a little less stressful!
Be yourself and have fun. This is your time to meet the National Panhellenic Sororities on campus and they are excited to meet you too!
Attend Pre-Recruitment events to learn more about Greek Life. These are great events to learn more about the process and get your questions answered.
Keep an open mind and get to know each sorority beneath their exteriors. look for qualities that are most important to you, both in the members that you have met as well as in the overall group.
Consider what you will gain from being a member of a particular sorority, as well as how you will contribute to it.
Don't be afraid to ask questions. Get to know as much as possible about the organization before you make your choice.
Use your Rho Gamma for advice and to ask questions! They will help you if you are having a rough time!
Don't let your friend's decisions influence your decision. Don't pick a certain sorority just because your friends do; you should pick the group where you feel most comfortable and happy!
To understand the financial obligations of becoming a sorority member, don't be afraid to ask questions about the cost of membership.

Every chapter has something to offer.
Take plenty of time choosing your sorority. This is a big step and should not be decided quickly. The sorority sisters you choose will be your friends throughout life and meeting the groups more than once will really show you what they are like.
